Which country are you from?

We are from Singapore and prices stated are in Singapore dollars. For overseas buyers, you will be able to view the shipping fees prior to submitting your payment information, at the checkout page. If it is not available, please contact Idolmerch@gmail.com for assistance.

Are the sales going to count in Korea’s charts?

Yes, all sales from Idolmerch will be counted in Korea’s charts.

Are the things sold on Idolmerch authentic?

Yes, everything sold on Idolmerch are authentic, unless otherwise stated.

Do you have more items for sale?

Of course! We are able to get almost all albums/photobooks/DVD/OST, just drop us an email at Idolmerch@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Does a certain item include photobook/poster/photocard?

All contents are subjected to changes without prior notice. Posters are available for new releases only, usually for a period of 1~3 months after release date. Some posters may be available for a longer period of time. There might be manufacturing errors and missing content. Everything will be sealed unless otherwise stated, Idolmerch will not remove anything from the packages.

How do I order on Idolmerch?

Has my order shipped?

Login to your account at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Everything in the same order will be shipped together once they are all ready. For mass meetup/self-collection, an email will be sent to you when they are ready.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

You can email us at Idolmerch@gmail.com to inform us of any changes. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Login to your account at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. For postages, an email will be sent to you once the order has been shipped. Tracking number will be provided for registered postage. For meetup/self-collection, an email will be sent to you once the collection details are confirmed.

My order never arrived.

Login to your account track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped/completed already. Please contact Idolmerch@gmail.com for assistance if you did not receive any update.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my items arrive?

Orders will be sent in every Monday & Thursday 2200h unless otherwise stated. Arrival date is usually 4~5 working days after submission of orders.
For limited edition products, we send in orders randomly throughout the week to secure the goods.

What does my status mean?

Pending/On Hold: Payment is not received. Please proceed with payment, submit payment information & verification takes up to 48 hours.
Processing: Waiting for the next pre-order closing date before we submit the orders.
Orders submitted: Submitted & waiting for the goods to arrive in Singapore.
Complete: Meetup/self-collection details will be sent via email.
Ready to be shipped: Packed & will mail out the next time we go to the post office (usually 2/3 times a week).
Shipped: Sent out at the post office, pending delivery to customer’s address.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered various shipping method choices and their prices.

The things were ruined after I got home, what am I supposed to do?

For mass meetup and self-collections, please check the item(s) before leaving our sight. Please notify our staff immediately if you find any damage and we will arrange for an exchange. Meetup and self-collection are recommended since you will be able to check the condition of the goods on the spot.

The things were ruined when I received them, what am I supposed to do?

For postages, Idolmerch will do our best to keep the item(s) in mint condition. Bubble wrap will be used to wrap fragile products. However, Idolmerch will not be responsible if anything is broken in the midst of postage.

What if I am unable to attend the meet-up planned?

You can do either self-collection, postage or wait for the next meet-up. We have one (or maybe more) meet-up per batch of goods.

When is your next meet-up?

Mass meetups are held every weekend, an email will be sent to you 1-2 days prior to the collection.

Will my poster be folded?

For self-collection/mass meetup, posters will be rolled up. Default option for postages will be folded, unless rolled/poster tube option(s) is/are selected.

What do they different postage methods mean?

Normal postage – Cheap but does not come with tracking number. This means there is a chance of the parcel getting lost in the midst of delivery. Posters can be folded/rolled in poster tube.

Registered postage – Registered, parcel can be tracked. Items will definitely reach you. Posters can be folded.

Door to door service – Similar to registered postage, but items are picked and delivered by the same courier. Unlike Singpost where items go through warehouse and might be damaged in the midst of delivery, goods sent from door to door will be in the best condition. Posters can be rolled individually/rolled in poster tube.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us at Idolmerch@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

ABOUT PAYMENT

Can I do cash on delivery/pay during collection?

Cash on delivery is allowed for instocks only. You may want to check with us if we have any instock for the particular item you are interested in purchasing.

When will the payment be verified?

Verification of payment may take up to 48 hours, we will sent confirmation emails once we have verified the payment.

When is the latest date for me to pay?

Paid orders are sent in every Monday & Thursday, at 2359h unless closing date is otherwise stated. If you pay after the closing date, you will be placed in the next batch.

When do I have to make payment?

Payment has to be made within 48 hours after the order is made, and customers have to fill in the form found in your email invoice with the payment details for our staff to verify. This form can also be found here.

Can I make cash payment since I do not have a bank account?

We do not accept cash on delivery unless you are purchasing an instock. If you do not have a bank account, you may want to consider doing cash deposit at any Cash Acceptance Machine or counters inside the bank. No ATM card or bank account is required for this method. You can contact us for a guide on how to do cash deposit.
